No refunds on early departures, inclement weather or any other reason beyond our control.

 Cancel 7 days before your arrival date and your deposit will be refunded (minus a $25 administrative fee)

Cancel within 7 days of your arrival date and your deposit will not be refunded

Holiday and Special event cancellation policy:

 Cancel 14 days before your arrival date and your deposit will be refunded (minus a $25 administrative fee) 

Cancel within 14 days of your arrival date and your deposit will not be refunded 

Ironman Event cancellation policy:

Cancel less than 30 days before the Ironman Event and your deposit will not be refunded

and if before 30 days, a $25 adminstrative fee will be charged 

Other Fees:        SORRY NO PETS  

Pets in the room: $200 per day and immediate check-out.                   

Smoking in  room:  $200 per day and immediate check-out.

Extra person in room not registered $50 per day and immediate check-out.

Damage to the furniture/bed/carpet: Charged according to damage.

Rooms abused in any way beyond ordinary care will be charged an extra fee.

Rooms excessively dirty will be charged an extra cleaning fee
